Payment Policy
Currency and tax
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may also be displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD); the amount charged is converted at checkout. New Zealand orders are not charged New Zealand GST.

When payment is taken
Payment is taken in full when you place your order. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; your order is accepted once we confirm it and payment is authorised.
Security
This store uses TLS encryption across all pages. Information you enter, including payment details, is encrypted in transit. You can confirm this by the padlock icon in your browser and the https:// prefix in the address bar.
Checkout is processed by Shopify Payments and our other payment providers, all of which are PCI DSS compliant. We never see or store your full card number. Once your order completes, we can see your billing and shipping details, your order contents, and the last four digits of your card — nothing more.
Declined payments
If a payment is declined, no order is created and no stock is reserved. Your bank or card issuer can tell you why a payment was declined; we cannot.
Pricing errors
If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of a genuine error, we will contact you before dispatch. You may proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
