Where we ship
We ship to Australia and New Zealand only. We do not currently ship to any other destination.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude national and state public holidays. All times are AEST (Queensland). Queensland does not observe daylight saving.
Delivery times are estimates. They may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or weather. Your consumer guarantee right to delivery within a reasonable time is unaffected.
Shipping rates
Shipping is free on all orders to Australia and New Zealand. There is no minimum spend.
GST and duties
Australian prices include GST.
New Zealand orders are not charged New Zealand GST. The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable, and there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
Delivery addresses
We deliver to residential, business and PO Box addresses. We do not deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Failed delivery and returned parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or an uncollected parcel, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery may incur an additional shipping charge.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@casuarinathelabel.com. We will investigate with the carrier. Where goods are lost or damaged before they reach you, your consumer guarantee rights apply and we will resolve it at our cost — you do not need to pursue the carrier yourself.
